The second half of 2020: Home prices in North Bend increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in North Bend rose by $137,250 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $377,250 - a 57.2% increase over the $240,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in North Bend in the second half of 2019.
