Miami Township median home prices rose by 4.9% in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Miami Township rose by $9,550 while total sales increased by 47%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 97 homes sold, with a median sale price of $206,000 - a 4.9% increase over the $196,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 66 homes sold in Miami Township in the second half of 2019.
