The second half of 2020: Monfort Heights South experienced a 30.3% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Monfort Heights South rose by $42,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 46 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,500 - a 30.3% increase over the $138,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in Monfort Heights South in the second half of 2019, as well.
