What happened to the median home price in Harrison during the second half of 2020?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Harrison rose by $16,000 while total sales increased by 12.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 123 homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,500 - a 9.7% increase over the $164,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 109 homes sold in Harrison in the second half of 2019.
