Pricing for the median home in Colerain Township increased during the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Colerain Township rose by $22,400 while total sales increased by 18.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 109 homes sold, with a median sale price of $177,000 - a 14.5% increase over the $154,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 92 homes sold in Colerain Township in the second half of 2019.
