The second half of 2020: Home prices in Monfort Heights East increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Monfort Heights East rose by $27,000 while total sales increased by 45.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 51 homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,000 - a 18.9% increase over the $143,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Monfort Heights East in the second half of 2019.
