How did home prices perform in Northgate during the second half of 2020?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Northgate rose by $34,750 while total sales decreased by 5.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $161,250 - a 27.5% increase over the $126,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in Northgate in the second half of 2019.
