Median home prices in Cleves rose to $152,500 in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Cleves rose by $39,000 while total sales increased by 51.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $152,500 - a 34.4% increase over the $113,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Cleves in the second half of 2019.
