Home prices increased in Bridgetown during the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Bridgetown rose by $27,050 while total sales increased by 14.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 147 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 22% increase over the $122,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 128 homes sold in Bridgetown in the second half of 2019.
