The second half of 2020: White Oak experienced a 13.2% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in White Oak rose by $17,100 while total sales increased by 9.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 91 homes sold, with a median sale price of $147,000 - a 13.2% increase over the $129,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 83 homes sold in White Oak in the second half of 2019.
