The fourth quarter of 2020: Home prices in Northgate increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Northgate rose by $46,900 while total sales increased by 7.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $166,900 - a 39.1% increase over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Northgate in the fourth quarter of 2019.
