Covedale home prices fall in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Covedale fell by $5,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 11 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 3.1% decrease over the $160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Covedale in November 2019, as well.
