Monfort Heights South home prices rise in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Monfort Heights South rose by $5,600 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,600 - a 4.1% increase over the $135,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Monfort Heights South in November 2019.
