Colerain Township home prices fall in October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Colerain Township fell by $86,750 while total sales increased by 47.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,250 - a 39.1% decrease over the $222,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Colerain Township in October 2019.
