Miami Township home prices fall in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Miami Township fell by $25,500 while total sales increased by 142.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 63 homes sold, with a median sale price of $198,000 - a 11.4% decrease over the $223,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Miami Township in the third quarter of 2019.
