Cleves home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Cleves rose by $61,000 while total sales increased by 285.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $151,000 - a 67.8% increase over the $90,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Cleves in the third quarter of 2019.
