Colerain Township home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Colerain Township rose by $1,000 while total sales increased by 17.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 53 homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 0.7% increase over the $139,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Colerain Township in the third quarter of 2019.
