Miami Township home prices rise in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Miami Township rose by $27,000 while total sales increased by 84.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $217,000 - a 14.2% increase over the $190,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Miami Township in September 2019.
