The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Monfort Heights South rose by $49,610 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 36.6% increase over the $135,390 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Monfort Heights South in September 2019.
