Cincinnati home prices rise in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Cincinnati rose by $33,750 while total sales decreased by 1.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were 360 homes sold, with a median sale price of $151,000 - a 28.8% increase over the $117,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 364 homes sold in Cincinnati in September 2019.
