Colerain Township home prices fall in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Colerain Township fell by $11,550 while total sales increased by 5.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $126,950 - a 8.3% decrease over the $138,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Colerain Township in September 2019.
