Colerain Township home prices rise in August 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in Colerain Township rose by $65,900 while total sales increased by 30.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $219,900 - a 42.8% increase over the $154,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Colerain Township in August 2019.
