Miami Township home prices fall in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Miami Township fell by $17,450 while total sales increased by 425%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $188,500 - a 8.5% decrease over the $205,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Miami Township in July 2019.
