Harrison home prices rise in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Harrison rose by $28,000 while total sales increased by 10.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $188,000 - a 17.5% increase over the $160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Harrison in July 2019.
