Monfort Heights South home prices rise in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Monfort Heights South rose by $38,550 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $177,500 - a 27.7% increase over the $138,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Monfort Heights South in July 2019.
