Cincinnati home prices fall in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Cincinnati fell by $600 while total sales increased by 19.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were 431 homes sold, with a median sale price of $146,900 - a 0.4% decrease over the $147,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 361 homes sold in Cincinnati in July 2019.
