North Bend home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in North Bend rose by $212,155 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $254,905 - a 496.3% increase over the $42,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in North Bend in the first half of 2019, as well.
