Miami Township home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Miami Township rose by $6,600 while total sales increased by 6.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 52 homes sold, with a median sale price of $181,500 - a 3.8% increase over the $174,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in Miami Township in the first half of 2019.
