Harrison home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Harrison rose by $2,250 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 84 homes sold, with a median sale price of $163,750 - a 1.4% increase over the $161,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 70 homes sold in Harrison in the first half of 2019.
