Cincinnati home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Cincinnati rose by $19,950 while total sales increased by 12.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 1,732 homes sold, with a median sale price of $144,950 - a 16% increase over the $125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,545 homes sold in Cincinnati in the first half of 2019.
