Dent home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Dent rose by $19,000 while total sales decreased by 7.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 59 homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 15.7% increase over the $121,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 64 homes sold in Dent in the first half of 2019.
