Cleves home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Cleves rose by $74,500 while total sales increased by 32%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $134,500 - a 124.2% increase over the $60,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Cleves in the first half of 2019.
