Cheviot home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Cheviot rose by $13,950 while total sales increased by 21.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 62 homes sold, with a median sale price of $109,950 - a 14.5% increase over the $96,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 51 homes sold in Cheviot in the first half of 2019.
