Addyston home prices fall in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Addyston fell by $28,500 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $7,500 - a 79.2% decrease over the $36,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Addyston in the first half of 2019.
