Mack North home prices fall in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Mack North fell by $97,500 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 31.7% decrease over the $307,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Mack North in the second quarter of 2019.
