Miami Township home prices fall in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Miami Township fell by $17,200 while total sales increased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,200 - a 9.4% decrease over the $182,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Miami Township in the second quarter of 2019.
