Cleves home prices rise in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Cleves rose by $92,500 while total sales increased by 30.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $164,000 - a 129.4% increase over the $71,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Cleves in the second quarter of 2019.
