Harrison home prices fall in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Harrison fell by $1,000 while total sales increased by 43.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 53 homes sold, with a median sale price of $161,000 - a 0.6% decrease over the $162,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Harrison in the second quarter of 2019.
