Cincinnati home prices rise in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Cincinnati rose by $12,500 while total sales increased by 21.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 867 homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 8.8% increase over the $142,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 715 homes sold in Cincinnati in the second quarter of 2019.
