Dent home prices rise in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Dent rose by $10,550 while total sales increased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $142,000 - a 8% increase over the $131,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Dent in the second quarter of 2019.
