Monfort Heights South home prices fall in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Monfort Heights South fell by $3,500 while total sales increased by 80%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $141,250 - a 2.4% decrease over the $144,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Monfort Heights South in the second quarter of 2019.
