Bridgetown home prices rise in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Bridgetown rose by $24,900 while total sales increased by 17.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $139,900 - a 21.7% increase over the $115,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in Bridgetown in the second quarter of 2019.
