North Bend home prices rise in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in North Bend rose by $53,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,000 - a 101.9% increase over the $52,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in North Bend in the second quarter of 2019, as well.
