Addyston home prices fall in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Addyston fell by $30,750 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $5,250 - a 85.4% decrease over the $36,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Addyston in the second quarter of 2019.
