Colerain Township home prices rise in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Colerain Township rose by $30,100 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 24.1% increase over the $124,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Colerain Township in May 2019.
