Loveland (Hamilton County) home prices fall in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Loveland in Hamilton County fell by $11,000 while total sales remained unchanged with nine homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 7.3% decrease over the $151,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Loveland in May 2019, as well.
