Colerain Township home prices fall in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Colerain Township fell by $3,450 while total sales decreased by 35%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $154,000 - a 2.2% decrease over the $157,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Colerain Township in August 2018.
