Harrison home prices fall in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Harrison fell by $28,500 while total sales decreased by 3.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 16.9% decrease over the $168,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Harrison in August 2018.
