Miami Township home prices fall in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Miami Township fell by $56,500 while total sales increased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,000 - a 22.9% decrease over the $246,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Miami Township in September 2018.
