Harrison home prices rise in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Harrison rose by $2,100 while total sales increased by 35.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 1.3% increase over the $162,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Harrison in October 2018.
